Details

The self-extinguishing SapiSelco cable tie is made from special flame-retardant material classified UL94 V0, which does not propagate flame when exposed to fire. This property is essential for preventing fire spread and is critical in environments where high safety standards are required.

Thanks to its excellent fire-resistant properties, this cable tie is ideal for use in electrical cabinets, the transport industry, public facilities and other areas with increased fire risk.

The self-extinguishing structure means that after removal of the ignition source, the material extinguishes itself, providing additional protection for people and equipment.

The product complies with the strict UL 94 V0 standard (harmonized with EN 60695-11-10). In the UL 94 vertical burn test (V-0 / V-1 / V-2), the specimen is exposed to flame for defined intervals and evaluated based on afterflame time and dripping behavior. The V-0 classification represents the highest level of flame resistance within this group.
